Nature gave us the idea. Man has used the technology since early to create complex forms and piece of art. Although its initially confined to Aerospace application for many centuries, to-day The LOST WAX TECHNIQUE of Investment Casting widely used in various field mainly because of its high efficiency and impressive product quality. By this process, an exact metal copy can made on the basis of investing wax pattern with smooth surface finish, tight tolerances and excellent mechanical properties.

Facilities and Experience Available

This unit is a latest addition to the Investment Casting Industries in India with latest facilities available from Design to Manufacturing. The production and development are supported by a team of highly qualified and field experienced Engineers to cover Design & Development of complex multi cavity Moulds, Quality Warranty ( ISO–9002 ) and Service Network. We also have a team of field engineers to interact with the customers to understand their specific needs.

Manufacturing Facilities

  • High pressure Automatic Wax Injection Machine capacity from 6 to 35 Tones Hydraulic Clamping to produce high accuracy quality patterns.
  • All latest addition to process equipments to produce Monolithic Shell Moulds in quantity with close control of all critical process parameters.
  • High temperature De – axing Baths to remove the waxes from the mould without experiencing any crack to the shell and allows easy reclamation.
  • Variable frequency Induction Furnace for Melting and Alloy making.
  • High temperature Shell Firing Chamber Furnace to fire the shell before the molten metal is being poured into the mould.
  • Specially designed Knock – Out and Cut off Equipment are used for ceramic cleaning and gate cutting.
  • Automatic Grinding Equipments are used for accurate stock removal of feeding gates.
  • Complete Heat Treatment Facilities are available to undertake all type of heat - treatment process as per customer’s need.
  • All casting are fully Sand / Shot Blasted prior to shipment applied with anti dust compound.

Testing / Quality Control Facilities

  • Full facilities available in – house for Chemical Analysis.
  • Mechanical Testing available for UTS & YS in PSI; Kg./sq. cm, Elongation in %, and Hardness in Brinell & Rockwell Scale.
  • All Non–Destructive Testing possible like Liquid Penetration, Magnetic Particles and Radiographic Tests.
