wing offers Web Design, Software Development, Multimedia Solutions,
Hardware and Networking Services, BPO services and Asset Tracking
solutions (RFID, GPS/GSM). Our Precision Engineering department
concentrates on CAD Design Services, Precision Instrumentation
and Steel Plant consultancy services. Austenite Engineers
has focused on planning, designing, manufacturing and giving
consultancy services to other companies. |

Our
History . . . .
Austenite Engineers has been a pioneer
in ‘Precision Engineering’ in India since it’s
inception in the year 1986. Mr. Ashok Banerjee, who had long
association with the American multinational Union Carbide
and a specialist in super-alloy manufacturing and application;
set up our first factory at 8 Hide Road, Calcutta. It was
established with the object of introducing value engineering,
import substitution and application engineering in Indian
industries, which were not much exposed to all these concepts.
During the last two decades the company has expanded rapidly
and now it has become an institution offering services to
core sector industries like coal, steel and engineering industries.
Our client list includes major steel manufactures and coal
mines in India.
As part of our company's
growing portfolio inline with emerging products and technologies;
since 2002, the group has diversified into IT Consulting and
started undertaking global Software Development projects across
multiple customer segments offering both Engineering &
Business solutions. Moving aggressively into the IT market,
Austenite now provides a wide range of software solutions
to our customers, focused on providing them with high quality
solutions. |
